Terms of Use

1. Legal Status and Nature of Services

izy.gg is an e-commerce platform owned and operated by SW TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD., registered in Singapore. We act as a commercial agent for independent product suppliers ("Principals"). We facilitate the sale of digital goods such as:

• Software activation codes
• Game licenses and content
• Gift cards and subscription vouchers

We do not own the digital products displayed on our platform. Our role is to represent the sellers and facilitate the transaction between the buyer (you) and the seller (Principal). We earn agency commissions from sellers.

2. Contractual Framework

• When you purchase a product via izy.gg:
  • You are entering a binding contract with the seller (the Principal).
  • izy.gg serves only as the intermediary, not the party to the sale contract.
  • SW TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. ensures delivery, payment handling, and dispute resolution.
  • If applicable by law, the seller’s legal information will be made available at checkout or upon request.

3. Jurisdictional Reach and Legal Compliance

Our services are available globally, except in jurisdictions where e-commerce of digital goods is restricted or prohibited.

We operate in accordance with Singaporean law and ensure compliance with consumer protection and e-commerce laws in supported countries and regions.

Below are relevant consumer protection frameworks (excluding Ukraine and North Korea):

• European Union
  Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights
  Right of withdrawal within 14 days, unless digital content is downloaded or activated.
  Transparent pre-contractual information.
• United States
  Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. §§41–58)
  Prohibits deceptive practices.
  Ensures transparency in digital transactions.
• Singapore
  Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA)
  Protection against unfair trade practices.
  Agents can be held jointly liable in case of misrepresentation.
• Russia
  Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 “On Protection of Consumer Rights”
  Article 26.1: Right to refuse remote purchases prior to activation/use.
  Article 10: Mandatory disclosure of product info, seller identity, and refund policy.
• Kazakhstan
  Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Consumer Rights Protection” No. 274-IV ЗРК
  Chapter 5: Protection in electronic commerce
  Right of return before digital code is used.
• Belarus
  Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Protection of Consumer Rights” No. 90-З
  Article 20: Consumers may return digital goods before activation.
  Refunds must be processed within 7 days.
• Kyrgyzstan
  Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Protection of Consumer Rights” (2006)
  Ensures protection for remote transactions and digital goods.
• Uzbekistan
  Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights” (No. ЗРУ-385, 26.04.1996, as amended)
  Guarantees clear terms and pre-contract information for digital products.
• Other Countries
  izy.gg complies with national e-commerce and consumer rights laws of countries it ships digital goods to, except for sanctioned jurisdictions.

4. Product Delivery & Activation

• All products sold are digital and delivered electronically.
• Delivery is via user account or email within minutes to 24 hours.
• Some items may require regional activation or use on third-party platforms (Steam, Xbox, etc.).
• Buyers are responsible for ensuring compatibility and regional availability.

5. Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are limited:

Refund Deadlines by Region (if applicable):

• EU: 14 days (If the code is of poor quality or does not work) — Directive 2011/83/EU
• Russia: If the code is of poor quality or does not work — Law 2300-1, Art. 26.1
• Kazakhstan: If the code is of poor quality or does not work — Law 274-IV
• USA: If the code is of poor quality or does not work
• Belarus: 7 days If the code is of poor quality or does not work — Law No. 90-З

6. Account Use and Conduct

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain confidentiality of login details
• Refrain from fraud, abuse, or chargeback misuse
• Not resell codes unless authorized
• Accounts may be suspended if these terms are violated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on izy.gg, including branding, layout, product descriptions, and platform functionality, is protected by international copyright and trademark law.

Digital codes sold may also be protected by third-party platform licenses.

8. Limitations of Liability

As a commercial agent, SW TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD.:

• Is not liable for direct product performance
• Is not responsible for the internal policies of third-party platforms
• Is liable only to the extent of its agency services (payment processing, communication)
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount of commission earned from the transaction.

9. Dispute Resolution

• We aim to resolve complaints within 14 business days.
• In case of unresolved conflict, buyers may refer:
  • To the consumer protection authority of their country
  • To the Singapore Small Claims Tribunals for mediation
  • To local courts, where applicable by law
• We actively assist buyers in resolving disputes with sellers, acting as mediator where applicable.

10. Amendments to These Terms

These Terms may be revised without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of izy.gg implies acceptance of any changes.
